Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your credentials safe and do not share them. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls or share login details.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Purchases and Refunds

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply based on your location. When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for the stated term.

  • Payments are processed by our trusted payment partners. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.
  • If a course materially fails to deliver as described, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue, which may include support, course transfer, or a partial/full refund at our discretion.
  • Refunds are not available for courses with substantial completion (e.g., more than 30% of lessons viewed), downloadable assets already retrieved, or where abuse is detected.
  • Promotional prices and coupons are time-limited and cannot be applied retroactively.

Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful activity or infringement.
  • No sharing of paid course content publicly or privately outside your personal use.
  • No scraping, automated downloading, or reverse engineering of the platform or content.
  • Do not upload, post, or transmit content that is harmful, deceptive, or invasive of others’ privacy.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, text, audio, images, and code, are owned by Maple Hill Time Management or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your license is limited to personal learning and does not grant rights to copy, distribute, publicly display, resell, or create derivative works.

Access and Availability

We aim for high availability but may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that can temporarily affect access. We may modify or discontinue features with or without notice to improve performance, security, or user experience.

Disclaimers

Courses provide education, not professional advice. Outcomes vary based on individual effort and context. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Maple Hill Time Management will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Maple Hill Time Management, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the services or breach of these terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English in a mutually agreed venue, except you may pursue claims in small claims court where available.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be signaled by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, providing notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
